Our social programs give back
to the community creating lasting change
Adopt a School
Adopt a School is about creating a long term meaningful partnership with rural schools and communities. Projects include building facilities, providing school materials and equipment, teaching english and training teachers to improve the quality of education along with the delivery of training for parents.
CapacityVietnam spends three to five years in an adopted school creating sustainability within those schools that impact the families and communities we work with.
Interested individuals and groups can engage with this program, working alongside CapacityVietnam to bring lasting change to a school and its community.
Spotlight English Club
Spotlight English Clubs are for university students, young professionals and others to practice their English. These clubs are growing in number and are a great way for young people to find friendship and support, especially those who have come from other provinces to the city for study or work. Friendship and support are important ways for young people to manage their mental wellbeing.
Volunteers connect with participants through kindness, care and encouragement. Lives are dramatically changed through this supportive environment with local groups starting clubs as a community service in their areas. Spotlight Clubs are also enjoying success in other cities in north VN.
